Reno Guitar Repair pricing is in line with professional repair rates across the country and the difference is the level of service you will receive!
While these are prices one could expect from a professional repair shop, repair rates can vary depending on complexity or multiple jobs being done at once. Our luthiers have as much training time and investment in tools as an automotive mechanic. Shop overhead costs are on par with those of any other profession, so if you take your instrument to a professional shop, expect to pay professional rates, but also expect professional work. Expect to pay by the hour for some extensive restoration jobs. Rates based on an hourly charge of $50.00 per hour. Prices updated January 2021.
